As the Alliance’s Cleveland Local Partnerships Manager, Jennifer Lumpkin leads the local partnerships work in Cleveland, focusing on cultivating relationships with decision-makers and local leaders to advance water affordability and lead service line replacement campaigns.
Before joining the Alliance, she worked for Cleveland VOTES, where she directed equitable civic engagement strategy for northeast Ohio and supported advocacy campaigns to educate decision-makers around voter inequities, criminal justice and influence civic engagement opportunities for residents most impacted by barriers to democracy.
Jennifer is originally from Cleveland and grew up along the northeastern shore of Lake Erie. She loves aquatic life and enjoys growing all kinds of plant life at her home nursery.
