As Executive Operations Manager, Justine provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Alliance’s President/CEO and leadership team, as well as the Board of Directors. She also oversees core operational systems in collaboration with the Operations Team, ensuring the organization operates efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with the Alliance’s mission. Prior to her time with the Alliance, Justine worked as the Senior Manager of Administrative Services for Empower Illinois, where she gained experience in administrative management, human resources, benefits administration, and project management. Justine received her BFA in Dance from Oakland University in Rochester, MI, and holds a Project Management Certification through Cornell University.
Justine grew up with a significant appreciation for the Great Lakes, having taken her first boat ride on Lake Erie at just four days old. As a lifelong resident of the Great Lakes region, she is excited to contribute to the Alliance’s mission of protecting and improving access to the waters her family calls home. Justine is a professionally trained dancer and enjoys baking, playing cards, and spending time outside with her husband and dog, Marty.
