Jenna Voss serves as Program Manager, Clean Water & Equity at the Alliance for the Great Lakes, in which she leads the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Advocates Forum and advances efforts to secure equitable water infrastructure investment to support safe drinking water, water affordability, and climate resilience in the Great Lakes region and beyond. Through the Forum, Jenna builds partnerships with aligned organizations, experts, and agency officials and convenes and mobilizes advocates to advance equitable SRF allocation. Jenna connects advocates from across the country and facilitates efforts in Great Lakes communities to secure access to grants and low-interest loans for critical drinking water and clean water projects, prioritizing communities most in need.
Prior to joining the Alliance, Jenna spent 16 years facilitating green stormwater infrastructure and multi-benefit community-driven water resource projects, advocating for equitable and balanced water resource policy, and assessing riparian habitat restoration needs in California. Originally from Michigan, Jenna previously supported fisheries and invasive species research for the University of Michigan and Cooperative Institute for Great Lakes Research (CIGLR). Jenna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Program in the Environment – School for Environment and Sustainability.
